ph3Azienda /h3 pThe Company is a global leader in advanced mobility and high-technology vehicle solutions, known for combining engineering excellence with cutting-edge digital innovation. /p h3Offerta /h3 pThe candidate who will fill the role of Product Owner and Digital Service Manager will have the following responsibilities: /p ul liOwn the product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle of IDV's digital service portfolio, including Fleet Management Systems, Data Management Systems, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and multichannel customer service platforms. /li liTranslate customer and business requirements into product enhancements, system developments and service improvement initiatives. /li liPrioritize and manage the product backlog, coordinating development activities with ICT teams and external technology partners. /li liDrive the continuous evolution, integration and customization of digital platforms to support business and customer needs. /li liAct as the key interface between Customer Service, ICT, Engineering, Operations and external suppliers. /li liEnsure the effective delivery and operational performance of digital services, monitoring KPIs, SLAs and customer satisfaction levels. /li liLead incident, escalation and problem management activities, ensuring timely resolution of complex service issues. /li liOversee third-level support activities and coordinate the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. /li liLead the evolution and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related customer engagement solutions. /li liCollaborate with ICT teams on cloud-based solutions and platform architecture within the Microsoft Azure environment. /li liManage and develop a team of Digital Service Specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. /li liIdentify opportunities for innovation, automation and process optimization to enhance service quality,



operational efficiency and user experience. /li /ul h3Competenze ed esperienza /h3 pA successful Product Owner and Digital Service Manager should have: /p ul liMaster's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Service Delivery Management or Digital Services roles. /li liProven experience managing customer-facing digital products and services within Automotive, Defence, Aerospace, Industrial Manufacturing or related sectors. /li liStrong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. /li liGood understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud environments and digital platform architectures. /li liExperience working with Agile methodologies and DevOps-based delivery models. /li liSolid understanding of Service Management principles, SLA governance, incident management and support operations. /li liDemonstrated ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels. /li liExperience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders. /li liStrong customer orientation, problem-solving skills and commercial awareness. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. /li liFluent English (minimum C1 level). /li /ul h3Completa l'offerta /h3 ul liAnnual salary ranging from EUR60,000 to €70,000. /li liRole to drive strategy, roadmap, and performance of customer-facing digital platforms in an international setting /li liHybrid working model. /li liWork Location Bolzano /li /ul pUnless you are applying for positions reserved for protected categories under Law 68/99 (in which case we only ask you to confirm that you belong to these categories, without any further information on your health or disability), your CV must not contain any information relating to your health status or to your belonging to a protected category, as this is not relevant to the assessment of your application. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
