All underpinned by technology created with purpose. /p h3YOUR ROLE /h3 pAs part of our Enterprise and Data Analytics practice at Capgemini Invent, you will help organisations unlock the value of AI by defining strategic roadmaps, establishing governance frameworks, and enabling responsible AI adoption at scale. Working closely with C‑suite executives and business leaders, you will support transformation initiatives that balance innovation, business value, risk management, and regulatory compliance. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefining AI and GenAI strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps that are closely aligned with clients’ business objectives and long‑term vision. /li liDesigning and implementing AI Governance and Responsible AI frameworks, ensuring compliance, transparency, risk management, and ethical AI adoption across the organisation. /li liAdvising senior executives on AI investment priorities, use case portfolios, and value realisation opportunities, translating complex topics into clear and actionable business decisions. /li liOverseeing complex consulting engagements, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across strategy, technology, data, and change management to deliver measurable client impact. /li liSupporting clients in scaling AI capabilities through governance structures, Centres of Excellence, and enterprise‑wide adoption approaches that drive sustainable transformation. /li liHelping shape and expand our AI Strategy Governance practice through active contributions to proposals, thought leadership publications, and client development initiatives. /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Digital Transformation, Data AI, or Technology Advisory,



with a proven track record of delivering initiatives with measurable business impact. /li liStrong understanding of AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, combined with solid knowledge of the governance, risk, and compliance considerations associated with their adoption at scale. /li liDemonstrated experience designing operating models, governance frameworks, target operating organisations, or enterprise transformation roadmaps in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments. /li liA proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C‑level executives, building trusted relationships and translating complex technical topics into clear business outcomes. /li liA collaborative and inclusive working style, with the ability to coordinate and inspire multidisciplinary teams while fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning. /li liA proactive and innovative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for shaping the future of AI‑enabled organisations in an ethical and responsible way. /li liWe are looking for experienced consultants who combine strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and a strong understanding of AI technologies and governance challenges. The compensation offered at the conclusion of the selection process will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, professional experience, level of seniority, and the specific characteristics of the selected profile, in line with the company’s compensation and job classification system, and in accordance with objective and gender‑neutral criteria. /p pThe job offer is intended for both sexes in compliance with Legislative Decree 198/2006.
