If you are seeking a career that is challenging and rewarding, a work environment that is diverse and dynamic, look no further — Haemonetics is your employer of choice. /p h3Job Details /h3 h3National Sales Manager – Italy /h3 pbLocation: /b Italy (national, field-based) /p pbCompany: /b Haemonetics /p h3The Role /h3 pHaemonetics is seeking a commercially driven and strategic bNational Sales Manager /b to lead its Blood Management business in Italy, covering bhaemostasis management (TEG®), Cell Salvage, and associated services /b. /p pThis role combines bstrategic leadership, team development, and full commercial accountability /b, with a focus on driving sustainable growth and strengthening long‑term partnerships across the Italian healthcare system. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pAs National Sales Manager, you will: /p ul liDefine and execute the national commercial strategy across capital, consumables, and service solutions /li liOwn revenue performance and AOP delivery across Italy /li liDrive a programmatic, Patient Blood Management (PBM)-led approach to unlock clinical and economic value /li liLead complex capital sales, tenders, and competitive conversion opportunities /li liBuild and maintain senior relationships with clinicians, hospital management, procurement bodies, and regional decision-makers /li liManage and optimise a network of agents and distributors, ensuring alignment to strategy, performance expectations, and brand standards /li liEnsure robust forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM discipline /li liWork cross-functionally with Marketing, Service, and EMEA leadership teams /li /ul h3Team Leadership /h3 h3You Will Lead a Multidisciplinary Team,



Including /h3 ul liTerritory Sales Managers /li liClinical Specialists /li liBusiness Development Manager(s) /li /ul pIn addition, you will have oversight of bexternal commercial partners /b, including agents and distributors across key regions. /p h3Key Leadership Expectations /h3 ul liBuild a high-performance, accountable sales culture /li liAlign commercial activity with clinical adoption and utilisation growth /li liDrive capability in programme-based and value-led selling /li liEnsure effective management, coaching, and performance oversight of agents and distributorsDevelop talent and ensure strong succession planning /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 h3Essential Experience /h3 ul liSignificant experience in medical device or healthcare sales leadership /li liProven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams and indirect channels (agents/distributors) /li liStrong understanding of the Italian healthcare system (regional structures, public tenders, procurement pathways) /li liDemonstrated track record of delivering commercial growth /li liExperience managing distribution networks and tender-based sales models /li /ul h3Preferred Experience /h3 ul liExperience in blood management, haemostasis, surgery,



or critical care environments /li liExposure to value-based / programmatic selling approaches /li /ul h3Key Competencies /h3 ul liStrong strategic and commercial acumen /li liHigh credibility with clinical stakeholders /li liProven leadership and coaching capability /li liAbility to navigate a regionally fragmented healthcare system and indirect sales channels /li liData-driven performance management and decision-making /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 ul liNational, field-based role with regular travel across Italy /li liRegular engagement with regional stakeholders, agents, and distributors /li liOccasional EMEA collaboration and travel /li /ul h3Pay Transparency /h3 pThe base salary actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate’s location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics’ employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for a sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual premio, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.
