In this role, you will contribute to the financial consolidation process, support general accounting activities, and help ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting. Learn more at iongroup.com. /p h3Your role: /h3 h3Your key duties and responsibilities /h3 h3Financial consolidation /h3 ul liSupport the group financial consolidation process /li liEnsure the accuracy and timeliness of consolidated financial statements /li liAssist in the preparation of consolidation adjustments and reporting packages /li /ul h3Accounting financial reporting /h3 ul liSupport general ledger accounting activities, including recording, classifying, and reconciling transactions /li liAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports /li liContribute to closing activities and financial reporting processes /li /ul h3Financial analysis /h3 ul liAnalyze financial data to identify trends, variances,



and opportunities to improve business performance /li liSupport internal reporting and performance monitoring /li /ul h3Compliance controls /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with IFRS and local accounting regulations /li liSupport internal and external audit activities when required /li /ul h3Systems process improvement /h3 ul liSupport the implementation and improvement of ERP systems and accounting processes /li liContribute to the optimization of financial reporting tools and workflows /li /ul h3Planning Control /h3 ul liCollaborate with other departments in the budgeting and forecasting process /li /ul h3Your skills, experience, and qualifications required. /h3 ul liMaster's degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics (with honors) /li li3‑5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance /li liExperience in Big4 firms or international companies is considered a plus /li liStrong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles /li liExperience with financial analysis, reporting, and performance measurement /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools /li liKnowledge of SAP modules is a plus /li liKnowledge of consolidation reporting tools is a plus /li liStrong analytical and organizational skills /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment /li liFluency in Italian and English /li liAvailability to travel weekly to the company location in Emilia Romagna /li /ul h3What we offer: /h3 pPermanent employment contract. /p h3Location: /h3 pMilan /p h3Important notes: /h3 pAccording to the Italian Law (L.68/99) please note that candidates from the disability list will be given priority. /p pWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
