Additionally, we provide a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, paid holidays, and personal time off. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liThe Imagery Analyst conducts all‑source analytic production by interpreting imagery including, but not limited to, visible, infrared, and radar data as well as full motion video for the identification of foreign conventional and unconventional military installations; civilian infrastructure relevant to military capabilities; weapon systems; orders of battle; military equipment and defenses; battle damage assessments; communications; humanitarian efforts. /li /ul h3Education / Experience /h3 ul liDoctoral Degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography,



or related field AND 5 years CURRENT GEOINT Analysis experience; OR /li liMA or MS in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 10 years CURRENT GEOINT Analysis experience; OR /li liBA/BS degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND at least 15 years of Intelligence Analysis experience, including 8 years of CURRENT GEOINT Analysis experience. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liCollege degree must be in a relevant field such as remote sensing, geospatial sciences, relevant STEM field, or political science. /li liRelevant specialized experience must be in the application of space‑based GEOINT. /li liExpert knowledge of the full spectrum of US GO​V and commercial satellite capabilities, including tasking and collection processes and protocols. /li liExpert knowledge of GEOINT software including RemoteView, SOCET GXP, or ArcGIS. /li liExperience with photogrammetric principles and techniques. /li liExperience with conducting Foundational Military Intelligence analysis and baseline reporting. /li liAbility to collaborate with GEOINT analysts to deconstruct problems and develop effective analysis and collection approaches.



/li liAbility to collaborate with partners across the IC and DoD on technical or substantive topics. /li liKnowledge of relevant GEOINT‑related Army, National System for GEOINT (NSG), or Intelligence Community (IC) policies. /li liExpert ability to present intelligence information via multimedia presentations and written reports. /li liExperience with object‑based production (OBP), structured observation management (SOM), and activity‑based intelligence (ABI). /li liExperience with analytic modeling. /li liCurrent/active TS/SCI clearance. /li /ul h3Desired Qualifications / Skills /h3 ul liGPC‑II Imagery Certification /li liExperience with commercial visualization software /li liExperience with non‑traditional GEOINT data sources /li liExperience with MS Office suite of tools /li liExperience with data analytics and COTS statistical software (SPSS, SAS, MATLAB, etc.) and presenting at community forums and symposiums /li /ul h3Come on board with a company that Values its Employees! /h3 pCelestar Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
