You will be responsible for uncovering new opportunities, nurturing long-term client partnerships, and achieving ambitious sales targets within your assigned region. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy connecting solutions with customer needs, we’d love to hear from you. /ph3Role And Responsibilities /h3ulliAchieve business targets in the region /liliDevelop business leveraging synergies with service team, or together with local agent/ partner, in concert with company plans and guidelines. /liliDevelops prospects and maintains an opportunity funnel for the general future business /liliVisit existing customers, research and visit of potential ones /liliUnderstands customer needs and leverage the application team for tailored solutions /liliOffers formulation and conducts negotiation directly. /liliDevelops monthly sales forecast in the region /liliDevelops business cases to support customer applications. /li /ulh3Qualifications, Education Requirements, Preferred Skills /h3ulliExperience (2-5 years) in sales activities in a B2B sales role. /liliBachelor’s or Master’s technical degree ( Electrical Electronics, Mechanical, Management Engineering ) /liliProven experience with industrial products and a broad technical understanding /liliMilano, Lombardia East or Emilia Romagna based. /liliGood understanding of English /liliDemonstrated success in developing new business with industrial customers in the region. /liliDemonstrated knowledge of the Italian markets, business practices and culture. /li /ulh3Established in 1886,
