We believe that by thinking big and working together as one team—agile thinkers, tech makers, and change agents—we can build the largest retail IoT platform in the world. /p pMore information’s on our company and solutions here. /p h3Job Description /h3 pReporting to the Solution Engineering team, the bSolutions Engineer /b supports customers across bItaly and Eastern Europe /b throughout the implementation of Vusion solutions. /p pWorking closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success teams, you will understand customer business needs, design appropriate technical solutions, configure the platform, coordinate implementations, and ensure successful deployments. /p pThis role requires a bsolid technical background /b and a good understanding of bsoftware applications /b, bunderstanding code /b when needed, system bintegrations, networking and IT infrastructure /b. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPresent Vusion solutions to leading retailers (Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Electronics stores, Gas stations ex. Coop) /li liConfigure Vusion solutions to meet customer requirements. /li liPartner with Sales to understand customer business and technical requirements. /li liMonitor projects using shared tools,



ensuring that deadlines are met and costs are controlled. /li liCoordinate implementation projects and ensure successful deployments. /li liTroubleshoot technical issues related to integrations, infrastructure and solution configuration. /li liAssemble, lead, and unite teams around pre-sales projects to prepare for roll-outs for retailers. /li liAct as the single point of contact for customers (internal and external) for all operational issues — technical, integration, upgrade requests, and installations. /li liSupport the rest of the team in developing upgrades (templates, technical configurations) for all types of customers. /li /ul h3Technical Environment /h3 pPython, JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, networking, IT infrastructure, SaaS platforms, Azure Microsoft, IoT and connected devices, retail technology solutions. /p h3Qualifications /h3 h3Mandatory /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. /li liFluent in Italian and English (The recruiter does not speak Italian) /li li2-4 years of experience as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Project Manager, or in project management / IT (network, infrastructure, etc.)



/li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liExperience in a customer-facing technical role /li liWorking knowledge of Python and JavaScript (reading and understanding code, modifying configuration or scripts when required). /li liInterest in Retail, Artificial Intelligence, or Computer Vision, IoT industries /li liAbility to use technical skills to manage projects, coordinate teams, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-growing international company /li liOrganized, autonome, and with excellent interpersonal skills - ready to take on responsibility and thrive in a dynamic, ambitious environment /li /ul h3Ideal candidate /h3 p1.5 to 4 years of professional experience after graduation as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Project Manager, Implementation Engineer or Technical Consultant, with experience managing technical implementation projects.
