The Maison's collections span women's and men's ready-to-wear, accessories, Balmain Beauty, inspired by its legendary mid-20th century fragrances, and signature eyewear, all reflecting the Maison's distinctive identity. /p pJoin our Leccio Outlet team during a fixed-term contract until December 2026! /p pbYour assignment will be the following: /b /p ul liWelcome clients to the Balmain Store experience by ensuring first-class customer service and personal follow-up /li liBe a real Brand Ambassador by building loyalty and client confidence and maximising profitable sales /li liSupport the Sales Team in order to carry out smooth and successful transactions with their clients /li liAssist on-and-off the sales floor /li liSupport with visual merchandising directives and back-of-house duties such as shipping and inventory control /li liGather the client's CRM details to maintain the relationship and build the book ensuring a personal follow-up with the client /li liActively drive your product knowledge by keeping up to date with fashion trends, participating in-store training, updating yourself on all product lines and searching out relevant information on products /li liSupport control and management of stock /li /ul pbProfile: /b /p pThis position requires at least 2 years of experience on a similar assignment within a strong Luxury House like ours. /p pCandidates have to be familiar with luxury brand service standards and bring a client book of potential significant clients. /p pRegular attendance and punctuality. /p pAbility to professionally interact with management and coworkers. /p pExcellent verbal and written communication skills. /p pStrong organizational skills, multi-tasking and prioritizing capabilities. /p pFluency in Italian and English is mandatory. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
