The Construction Machinery Department in Italy is looking for a bService Area Manager /b to provide technical support to the Italian dealer network, reporting directly to the Service Manager. /p pThe successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening dealer performance, supporting after-sales activities, and contributing to the continuous improvement of Kubota’s Construction Machinery products and services. /p pMy job, Our future /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPromote and support the implementation of Kubota’s after-sales service strategies across the dealer network. /li liProvide technical assistance and guidance to Italian dealers and their service teams on the Construction Machinery product range. /li liAct as the primary interface between dealers and Kubota factories for technical matters and escalations. /li liVisit assigned dealers regularly to assess service performance, share technical expertise, and provide on-site support when required. /li liSupport dealers in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, both remotely and in the field. /li liCollect, analyze,
and report product quality and reliability issues, preparing statistics and technical reports for internal stakeholders and factories. /li liMonitor service activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction. /li liCollaborate closely with other members of the Service Department, sharing knowledge, best practices, and field experience. /li liDeliver technical training sessions and support the development of dealer service staff competencies when needed. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liTechnical background in Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, or Construction Equipment Engineering. /li liStrong knowledge and hands-on experience with electrical and hydraulic systems; experience with earthmoving or construction machinery is highly preferred. /li liPrevious experience in a similar after-sales, technical support, or service management role. /li liProven experience in dealer support and dealer network management. /li liFluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken. /li liProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). /li liStrong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. /li liTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. /li liAbility and willingness to share technical knowledge; previous training delivery experience would be considered an asset. /li liAvailability to travel frequently within Italy and occasionally across Europe, including extended travel periods when required. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 pWe are seeking a proactive, customer-focused professional with a strong technical background and a passion for supporting dealer networks and driving service excellence.
