At Saipem, we embrace diversity as a driver of innovation and inclusion, while prioritizing people’s safety and environmental sustainability, even in the most challenging conditions. /p pAs bPiping and Layout Engineer /b, you will respond to the Head of Layout and Piping Engineering Department and be part of the bENCAR (Energy Carriers) Division /b and assigned to FEED or EPC project. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liUnderstanding of engineering workflow in energy sector /li liAcknowledge of technology and product of energy sector /li liAcknowledge of piping components, material classification and main process constraint /li liDeveloping plant layouts /li liDeveloping piping material take off /li liRouting critical piping based on process flow diagrams (PFDs), process instrumentation diagrams (PIDs) and plot plans, while considering factors such as accessibility, maintainability, safety and material costs /li liDrafting of distribution PID /li liDeveloping Underground network design /li liDeveloping Single Line structural drawing /li liCalculating piping material quantities based on process diagrams and layouts /li liInterpreting technical specifications and identifying critical requirements /li liField assistance during construction installation /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liEducation: Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering /li liExperience: new graduate or 1-2 years of experience /li liLanguages: English (B2), Italian (mother tongue / C1)
