ph3Manager, IT Operations Security (4757) /h3pIn this role you lead IT operations, security, and governance to empower the business with reliable technology and safe AI adoption. You will manage end-user support, Microsoft 365 administration, and technology projects, balancing operational reliability with security and user experience. You will work cross-functionally to translate business needs into practical, secure tech solutions while guiding a hands-on IT team. The position offers impact across architecture, risk management, and procurement in a growth‑oriented, data‑driven culture. /pulliLead IT Operations, Support, Security Technology functions including service desk, infrastructure, endpoint management, and Microsoft 365 administration /liliOversee Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Power Platform, Azure, and Copilot-related services /liliManage IT service delivery, ticketing, onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and user enablement /liliLead cybersecurity practices including IAM, phishing awareness, vulnerability management, incident response, policy enforcement, and audit readiness /liliSupport AI adoption across the business with governance, data protection, and user education /liliDevelop and maintain IT policies, procedures, knowledge base, and training materials /liliOwn IT procurement and lifecycle management for software, licenses, hardware, and related assets /liliManage IT vendors, contracts, renewals, quotes,



and service agreements to ensure cost-effective services /liliPlan and deliver technology projects (365 improvements, security initiatives, cloud services, automation, integrations, and business system support) /liliIdentify opportunities to automate, improve reporting, strengthen security controls, and reduce risk /liliPartner with business leaders to align IT delivery with strategic goals /liliLead, coach, and develop IT team with clear expectations and service standards /lili10+ years of progressive IT experience including hands‑on support, cloud services, cybersecurity, and IT operations /lili5+ years of leadership experience managing IT staff, security programs, vendors, procurement, and budgets /liliStrong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and related services (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Defender, Purview) /liliPractical experience with modern cybersecurity controls, IAM, MFA, endpoint protection, incident response, and policy enforcement /liliExperience with AI productivity tools, governance, and safe corporate use of AI (Microsoft Copilot) /liliAbility to manage competing priorities, troubleshoot complex issues, and communicate with technical and non‑technical audiences /liliExperience with PowerShell, Power Automate, ITSM/ticketing, and process automation is an asset /liliRelevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+, Microsoft 365/Azure/Intune, ITIL, PMP, AI governance) are an asset /liliFluent in English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
