ppSalary: £12.91 per hour plus various premium payments (at age 18). Typical annual earnings for a shift pattern that includes 40 nightshift hours per week including 5/6 Sundays, would be in the region of £39,000. You'll have a passion for quality and will follow all the correct processes and procedures to ensure the best products are made, to keep our customers satisfied. You'll work with a great, close-knit team, in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where timescales and targets are important. You'll play an important part in producing our famous products, ensuring they meet the highest of quality standards, whilst following health, safety and hygiene processes. Working in a food production environment means that sometimes you'll be exposed to flour and dust. You will also be expected to work in a chilled/frozen environment.
