At VINCI Energies Oil Gas (VINCI Energies group), we empower our clients in the energy sector by delivering end-to-end support across the full lifecycle of their industrial projects, energy infrastructures, and ICT operations. /p pJoin us to contribute to a major Oil Gas maintenance and engineering project. /p ul liLocation: Milan, Italy /li liStart date: ASAP /li liContract duration: 15 months /li liStatus: Resident /li liSchedule: Monday to Friday /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liData collection from EPSCC Contractor /li liTransmission of collected data to MIEC team weekly via secured internal FTP /li liCollection of legislation documentation applicable within TEP /li liCollection of applicable TOTAL General Specifications /li liAnalysis of all collected documentation /li liDefinition of a specific register organized by equipment type, listing Purchase Orders /li liPlanning,
organizing and managing the IM review schedule for equipment /li liReporting to TOTAL representative Project Manager /li liManaging contract interfaces between ACTEMIUM and external project stakeholders /li liIdentifying all interface areas required for the WORK /li liPreparing and submitting an Interface Plan including interface milestone schedule /li liOrganizing interface meetings to manage and resolve interface issues /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liB.Sc Mechanical Engineering or equivalent /li li5 to 10 years of experience in Inspection within Oil Gas projects /li liComputer literacy required /li liAbility to work in a multinational team and in a service-oriented environment /li liStrong communication and interface management skills /li liAbility to assume responsibility and represent the COMPANY professionally /li liCompetence/experience in relevant technical specialties /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liEnglish: spoken, read, written (mandatory) /li liFrench: an advantage /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
