MSC Technology Italy is seeking a Dynamics 365 – AI Data Analyst to drive AI adoption within the Customer Service platform.

You will work with Product Owners, BAs, and Microsoft teams to analyze large data sets, build AI features from PoC to production, and continuously improve AI-powered services.
