ppBTO Research is a bconsulting firm /b, part of the bRelatech Group /b, that has been supporting its clients in binnovative projects /b for over 15 years, ensuring a customized approach to meet market challenges. /p pFounded in 2008, we have gathered and enhanced the historical experience of consulting to which we have added two key elements: bresearch /b andb innovation /b. /p pThis journey has led us to a team of over 300 professionals across four countries, with numerous projects and the most cutting-edge knowledge in bProject Management /b, bDigital Transformation /b, bChange Management /b, bCybersecurity /b and bDigital Marketing /b. /p pWe believe in the value of excellence and promote an environment where people can bgrow together /b, thanks to the contamination between different skills. /p ul liEnsure the operational stability and governance of the IT Asset Management platform, supporting accurate and reliable asset data management. /li liAct as the key point of coordination between the IT Asset Management team and the ServiceNow platform team for platform configuration, governance, and enhancements. /li liOversee the administration and evolution of ServiceNow ITAM modules and CMDB structures to support IT asset lifecycle processes. /li liEnsure data integrity, consistency, and completeness across asset records and related data structures. /li liManage and monitor integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems to maintain aligned and synchronized asset data. /li liSupport the development of reporting, dashboards, and performance indicators to enable transparency and informed decision-making. /li liCollaborate with ITSM teams and other technology stakeholders to ensure alignment between processes, platforms, and data models.



/li liContribute to platform improvements, data governance initiatives, and the continuous optimization of ITAM capabilities. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow platform administration, IT Asset Management tools, or comparable enterprise platform environments. /li liStrong familiarity with ServiceNow ITAM modules (HAM Pro, SAM Pro) and CMDB architecture and table management. /li liExperience managing data integrations and synchronization across enterprise systems. /li liWorking knowledge of IT service management processes and governance frameworks such as ITIL or ISO standards. /li liStrong analytical thinking and technical problem-solving skills. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities. /li liBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. /li liNice to Have: ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Implementation Specialist. /li li Where: The position is based in bMilan /b, with occasional business travel and the possibility of an exciting relocation opportunity to bLuxembourg /b. ✈️ /li /ul p What We Offer /p p✨ A dynamic, young, and fast-growing environment /p p Flexible thinking and working approaches /p p Hands-on experience in a stimulating, project-based context /p p Opportunities to learn from industry professionals /p p On-the-job training (and more) /p p?
