In this role, you will lead and support production teams involved in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing, ensuring operational excellence, product quality, and full compliance with cGMP standards and FDA regulations.This position combines strong technical expertise with people leadership. You will coordinate production activities, oversee manufacturing processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and accountability. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupervise and coordinate daily sterile manufacturing operations /li liEnsure compliance with cGMP, FDA,



and company quality standards /li liMonitor production performance and maintain adherence to schedules /li liReview batch records and ensure accurate documentation /li liLead, coach, and develop manufacturing team members /li liSupport investigations, deviations, and corrective actions /li liPromote a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement /li liCollaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, and other departments /li liIdentify and implement process and operational improvements /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Economics, Business or a related STEM field (preferred) /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul lib3+ years /b of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing, /li lib2+ years /b of supervisory or leadership experience in a GMP-regulated environment /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of bcGMP regulations /b and bFDA requirements /b /li liExperience with baseptic processing /b and bcleanroom operations /b /li liFamiliarity with benvironmental monitoring /b and aseptic techniques /li liExperience with bbatch record review /b and manufacturing documentation /li liKnowledge of bLean, Six Sigma /b , or other continuous improvement methodologies /li liStrong project management and organizational skills /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment /li liExperience driving operational excellence and quality improvements /li liProficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills /liliStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally /li /ul pThermo Fisher Scientific is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
