We're growing fast across multiple markets, and we're looking for a bCustomer Retention Account Manager /b to join our Italian-market team - fully remote. /ph3What you’ll be doing: /h3ulliManage a portfolio of existing customers throughout their learning journey, ensuring high engagement and long-term retention /liliConduct outbound sales and retention activities via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM to renew learning packages /liliBuild strong relationships with customers, understand their goals, and recommend the right learning solutions /liliNegotiate offers, prepare personalized proposals, and close renewals, upsells, and reactivations /liliMaintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with Customer Success, Teaching Operations, and Finance teams /li /ulh3What we need from you: /h3ulliNative or fluent Italian (spoken and written) - mandatory /liliEnglish B2+ for internal communication /liliFrom 6 months of experience in EdTech, SaaS, Customer Success, Account Management,
