ph3Overview /h3pWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Residence Manager for our Hotel Service Apartment in Ethiopia.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Front Office operations, Room Sales, Upselling techniques, housekeeping management, and Food Beverage (FB) services.
This role is ideal for a proactive leader who can ensure high standards of service, enhance guest satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliOversee the daily operations of the hotel service apartment, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
/liliManage Front Office operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest relations.
/liliDevelop and implement strategies for Room Sales, including upselling techniques to maximize revenue.
/liliSupervise Housekeeping operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.
/liliOversee Food Beverage services, ensuring quality, hygiene, and efficient service delivery.
/liliMonitor guest feedback and implement corrective measures to enhance guest satisfaction.
/liliTrain, mentor, and supervise staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
/liliManage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
/liliCollaborate with senior management to develop and implement property-specific strategies.




/liliMaintain compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
/li /ulh3Qualifications and Skills /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
/liliMinimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel service apartment setting.
/liliStrong knowledge of Front Office, Room Sales, Upselling, Housekeeping, and Food Beverage operations.
/liliExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
/liliProficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
/liliAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
/liliStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
/liliFluency in English is required.
Knowledge of local languages will be an advantage.
