/li /ul h3As a Workday Integration Extend Analyst: /h3 pYou'll be part of a team of professionals who deliver more than just technology.
/p pFrom rapid deployments to complete custom use-cases and transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.
/p h3In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by: /h3 ul liContributing to the design of Workday integrations, Extend custom Apps and use-cases and even work on SANA Enterprise with Senior colleagues with the ultimate goal to build custom IA Agents within the Workday HR Eco-system /li liCollaborate with Integration Leads and Functional consultants in the design and development of integration solutions between Workday (for HR data/processes) and other client systems (including external systems like Payroll, Time and Identity Management) /li liCollaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in the Integration domain,



contributing to technical integration solutions that meet client needs and objective and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.
/li liSupport workshops and discussions on topics in Workday Integration, Extend and Sana functionalities.
/li liCollaborate with juniors' colleagues for joint development in the configuration of Workday and related testing.
/li liAbility to work in a diverse and disparate environment through the implementation.
Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations /li liActively supporting innovation /li /ul h3We are looking for experience in the following skills: /h3 ul liFluency in IT topics and interest in System Integration /li liKnowledge of Integrations and coding /li liAbility to work in teams, projects /li liAbility to work in dynamic environments, delivering high-quality outcomes under competing priorities /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills, able to translate complex requirements into clear solutions /li liBachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent, with professional fluency in English /li /ul h3Set yourself apart: /h3 ul liExperience in IT integrations or programming languages /li liKnowledge about project management, ITIL and other IT standards /li liGeneric knowledge of HR Payroll systems/processes /li liAdditional European language fluency (e.g., Italian, French, Spanish) /li /ul pCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, seniority, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience.
For this position, the job level is under the C3 National Collective Bargaining Agreement.
The gross annual salary range is between 24,000 and 38,500 EUR.
