/liliDesign end-to-end ERP solutions across supply chain, purchasing, finance controlling, and other key business areas, ensuring alignment with client needs and best practices.
/liliAct as a reference point for clients on functional topics, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
/liliOversee and contribute to testing and validation activities, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
/liliDeliver training sessions to enable clients to effectively use the implemented solutions.
/liliProvide ongoing technical support and act as a reference point for functional and process?related questions.
/liliCollaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and continuous improvement.
/liliStay up to date on ERP trends and contribute to evolving Arsenalia's offering with innovative, client-centric solutions.
/li /ulpThe gross annual salary for this position ranges from €****** to €******.
It may be adjusted based on the candidate's skills and experience beyond the required level.
The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011).
/pp02 /ph3What we're looking for /h3ulliAt least 7+ years of hands-on experience with one or more SAP modules: MM, PP, SD, FI, CO.
/liliParticipation in at least 3 full-cycle implementations, from solution design to go-live.
/liliExperience with S/4HANA /liliGood understanding of cross-module SAP integrations.




/liliAbility to translate business needs into functional ERP solutions with a strong focus on process optimization.
/liliStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
/liliPassion for continuous learning and staying up to date with ERP trends, tools, and best practices.
/liliTeam player attitude, with a collaborative approach and willingness to share knowledge across teams.
/liliEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher.
/li /ulp03 /ph3What we would consider a plus /h3ulliAbility to work across multiple industries and adapt solutions to different business models.
/liliKnowledge of reporting tools and data analytics within ERP environments.
/liliCertifications in SAP or related technologies.
/liliExperience with ABAP.
/liliOpen to short, medium, and long-term travel to client sites.
/liliStrong analytical thinking and solid organizational skills.
