/p h3Deputy Station Manager FCO - Fiumicino /h3 h3Management Organization /h3 ul liSupport to the Station Manager /li liTeam management: support in coordinating, supervising, and distributing workload /li liInterface between the Station Manager and ground staff /li liPublishing and monitoring shift schedules in collaboration with the Station Manager /li liVerification and validation of worked hours, leave, and absences in the absence of the Station Manager /li /ul h3Operations Maintenance /h3 ul liSupport in planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance activities in compliance with deadlines /li liSupport activities related to the verification and control of the proper execution of contractual operations carried out for clients /li liSupervision of tasks requiring specific skills and certifications /li liAct as B1.1 or B1-B2 or Category A technician, if qualified and certified /li liSupport in managing and monitoring AOG situations, with immediate reporting to stakeholders /li /ul h3Compliance, Safety Quality /h3 ul liImplementation and support in monitoring regulations concerning workplace safety, health, and protection /li liSupport in verifying compliance with internal procedures, customer procedures, the MOE (IT. ),
