ph3Description /h3 pAmazon MGM Studios seeks a Sales Manager, Theatrical Distribution for Italy to execute sales and distribution plans across all theatrical releases.
/p pThe role manages a portfolio of key Italian exhibitors across dedicated distribution areas, coordinates booking activities and holdover planning, and ensures the effective execution of theatrical distribution plans.
Working closely with internal teams and exhibition partners, it contributes to maximizing the commercial performance of each theatrical release across the Italian market.
/p pThis position reports to the Head of Italy Theatrical Distribution.
/p pThe applicable collective agreement for this role is CBA for employees of Telecommunication Sector.
The position is classified at level 7 or above, depending on the candidate's skills, competences and experience.
/p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 ul liManage a portfolio of key Italian exhibitors and execute sales plans across dedicated distribution areas.
/li liLead holdover negotiations and screen allocations with local cinema owners, cinema circuits and independent exhibitors.
/li liOversee weekly booking activities, session planning and holdover implementation to maximize screen count and theatrical performance across the Italian market.
/li liCollaborate with external sales agencies to coordinate booking activities and support theatrical release execution across assigned territories.
/li liMonitor title performance throughout the theatrical run to identify commercial opportunities and support decisions on screen expansions, contractions and movements.
/li liProvide commercial updates and market feedback across assigned exhibitors and distribution areas to support sales decisions.
/li liCoordinate KDM (Key Delivery Message) operations.
/li liMaintain the local theatrical release schedule, monitoring competitor activity and release date changes.
/li liConduct competitive analysis and release date viability assessments to ensure optimal market positioning for Amazon MGM titles.
/li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in analysing data and creating reports for leadership /li liExperience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment /li liExperience in theatrical distribution, sales positions within the entertainment industry.
/li liDemonstrated ability to maintain exhibitor relationships and negotiate effectively.
/li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liDeep knowledge of the Italian theatrical exhibition market dynamics and trends.
/li liFamiliarity with film industry economics, revenue models and box office analytics.
/li liExperience with competitive positioning and strategic release planning.

The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full-time basis.
