ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liComprehensively manage the construction projects of new centers within your geographical area—from the pre-acquisition phase to the final handover to Operations.
/li liEnsuring compliance with budget, timelines, and quality standards, in coordination with the responsible Project Manager.
/li liTechnical support to the Expansion team in asset analysis.
/li liPreparation of proformas and technical feasibility studies.
/li liAdministrative and technical support until the asset is transferred to the construction team.
/li liCoordination with architecture and engineering firms.
/li liTechnical development and follow-up of projects.
/li liManagement and processing of permits.
/li liLiaison with public administrations.
/li liTechnical supervision and periodic site visits.
/li liCoordination and follow-up of suppliers and subcontractors.
/li liControl of planning, budget, and quality.
/li liSupervision of regulatory compliance regarding safety and legal requirements.




/li liControl and validation of construction certificates.
/li liManagement of utilities (before and during execution).
/li liCoordination with the Operations department.
/li liProgress tracking and internal reporting.
/li liFinal project delivery and documentation closure.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, or Industrial Engineering.
/li li3–5 years of experience in technical construction management and project management.
/li liExperience in permit management and dealings with public administrations.
/li liSolid knowledge of urban planning, construction, and legal regulations.
/li liAbility to coordinate external teams and suppliers.
/li liHigh level of English is a plus.
/li liOwn vehicle and availability to travel.
