/p h3Your Role /h3 pWe are looking for a brilliant and passionate person who will join our bSAP Team /b as bFinance Specialist /b and that will have the chance to join our ERP projects within the scope of our digital transformation.
We are looking for an ERP professional focused on SAP implementation, with cross SAP competencies, data migration, and configuration that drive SAP business processes and that will work closely with ERP Manager and functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify gaps and improve system functionalities.
You will be a key part of our international ERP rollout and you will join our HQ ERP team and be part of our strategy in configuration, support, and improvement.
/p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liEngaging with Business stakeholders to gather and define requirements, assess the scope, define the solution,determine business benefits,



identify use cases and design a roadmap to meet the business goals /li liAssist in aligning IT strategy with business strategy by supporting the SAP Competence Center /li liActing as IT Product Owner by governing scope and enhancing solution agility and integrity workstreams /li liBeing able to assess and estimates effort to complete activities and or configuration.
Being able to evaluate effort estimation from Vendor /li liSupporting end-to-end solution delivery in cooperation with ERP Team and IT Vendors /li liPerforming validation checks during build deployment phases to ensure alignment with approved architecture designs /li liSupport in functional analysis customizing of SAP S/4 HANA modules (FI-CO) based on business requirements and being able to evaluate impatcs on other linked SAP modules (SD, MM, PP) /li liAssisting in the testing process (UAT) to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation oruser's lack of experience /li liApplication support and training of end-users /li liDevelop and maintain the ERP solution according to Group strategic guidelines /li liProvide first-level support for SAP applications, focusing on finance and controlling processes /li liAssist in project management tasks, including creating and reviewing status updates and providing project delivery status to the Finance Application Manager /li liDevelop and implement appropriate service delivery models for core application functions, defining, delivering, and improving services for the enterprise and its customers /li liDocument and recommend improvements for how the ERP application integrates with other applications and interfaced systems.
/li liEnsure adherence to standards and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of application systems.
/li liMonitor the performance of applications within their domain and evaluate the performance of services based on specific KPIs /li /ul h3About You /h3 pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.




/p h3What You Should Bring /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
/li liMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT application support or a related field.
/li liStrong understanding of SAP and its application in Finance, OTC and Industrial areas.
/li liKnowledge in SAP customizing modules FI (AP, AR, AA and G/L, TR) /li liSD knowledge is a strongly reccomended /li liAbility to perform ABAP debugging is considered a plus /li liCO (COPA, Product costing, PS) knowledge is a plus /li liRAR knowledge is a plus /li liFM knowledge is a plus /li liProficiency in diagnosing and solving application issues /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /li liStrong problem-solving and analytical skills /li liKnowledge of ERP systems and their integration with other applications /li liBasic project management skills /li liProficient English both written and oral /li liProficient in requirement gathering and in translating user and/or systems requirements into functional/technical specifications /li liPrevious experience in SAP implementation projects and data migration is a plus /li liSystem Integration consulting experience is a plus /li /ul h3Compensation Data /h3 pWe believe great work deserves great recognition.
For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €40,000 and €60,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
