ppWe are looking for a People Business Partner who will support and collaborate within the GOSP area.
/ppThe job holder can be based both in Milan or Mogliano Veneto.
/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliWorking alongside the business leaders understanding the business needs and developing tailored HR solutions /liliSupporting managers on all HR-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and conflict management /liliImplementing reward policies and coordinating related processes in collaboration with the Reward organizational unit /liliSupporting development and learning initiatives in collaboration with the relevant Center of Excellence /liliEnsuring a correct HC planning balancing business needs and costs constraints within the overall target HC agreed /liliEnsuring the right sizing and the operating model of the organizational structures in collaboration with the Orga team /liliAnalyzing HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement /liliEnsuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies /liliPromoting a positive, international and inclusive company culture /liliEnsuring the local implementation of centrally designed Group projects supported by the relevant COE /li /ulpbRequirements /b /ppOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: /pulliBachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Economics,



Data Management/Data Analytics /liliAt least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in Insurance sector /liliIn-depth knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations /liliProven ability to work on projects as a Project Manager /liliAnalytical and problem-solving abilities /liliExcellent communication and relationship-building skills /liliProactive and results-oriented attitude /li /ulpbCompany Profile /b /ppGenerali Group Head Office is the guidelining unit of the Generali Group, one of the largest global insurance and asset management providers.
