/p h3What you can expect in this role: /h3 ul liCoordinate and supervise field activities and seasonal workers throughout the crop growth cycle /li liApply and maintain high quality control standards /li liTake regional responsibility for a dedicated production area /li liSupport all activities related to vegetable and fodder beet seed production /li liEnsure production stability while maintaining a high level of marketable quality (germination and purity) /li liApply continuous improvement techniques /li liAchieve consistent results in terms of yield and quality /li liImplement best production practices and new technologies /li /ul h3What you bring: /h3 ul liResidence in the Piacenza area or willingness to relocate /li liTechnical qualification in agriculture or a related field /li liStrong agricultural knowledge, preferably with experience in seed production /li liFluent Italian and intermediate English skills /li liHigh degree of flexibility and willingness to travel within production areas /li liEffective communication, teamwork, problem-solving skills, results orientation,



and a continuous improvement mindset /li /ul pEmployment under the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio), with a salary range of €25,000 to €40,000 per year.
