ppManager / Team Leader /p pIn this role, you will own the Trade Structured Finance function for ABB Robotics, leading guarantees, structured financing, and working-capital solutions.
You'll design the operating model, automate trade processes, and manage relationships with banking partners to unlock liquidity.
You will collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Legal, and the business to build a scalable, independent trade-finance capability.
This role offers scope to shape capital efficiency in a fast-moving, international environment and drive AI-enabled improvements across trade workflows.
/p ul liOwn end-to-end Trade Structured Finance function including guarantees, structured finance, and working capital solutions /li liManage full guarantee portfolio and facilities (bank guarantees, parent guarantees, surety bonds, standby LC) from negotiation to lifecycle events /li liOwn guarantee operating model and systems (subsidiary requests, tracking, bank transmission, and Komgo records) /li liDevelop and implement receivables factoring, supply chain/payables finance, and structured trade finance programs /li liManage bank relationships, onboarding, KYC/AML, and commercial terms /li liOversee covenant monitoring, lender reporting, and internal controls for trade-finance governance /li liDrive automation and AI across trade processes (request to issuance,
tracking, reconciliation, reporting) using SAP S4 and related tools /li liCollaborate with business on tenders, bids, and contracts, providing financing solutions while safeguarding liquidity /li liExtensive treasury experience in global, multinational companies with a track record in trade finance and bank guarantee management /li liHands?on expertise with guarantee instruments (bank guarantees, PCGs, surety bonds, standby letters of credit) including facility negotiation and wording review /li liSolid knowledge of structured finance, AR factoring, and supply chain/payables finance, including program structuring and accounting implications /li liExperience with bank onboarding, KYC/AML, covenant frameworks, and lender reporting in multi-entity, multi-country contexts /li liExperience applying AI and/or automation to trade finance processes /li liDynamic, agile professional with ownership mindset and potential carve?out or standalone build experience /li liLeadership experience in developing and managing a small team /li liFluent in English; additional languages a plus /li /ul pIn this role, you will own the Trade Structured Finance function for ABB Robotics, leading guarantees, structured financing, and worki... /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
