Your TasksEnsure quality control of finished products
Maintain a strong operational presence in production, monitoring processes and managing product-related deviations
Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (e.g. ISO ****, BRC, AIC, RSPO), including documentation and procedures
Drive continuous improvement by analysing quality data (waste, complaints, trends) and implementing corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with production
Your ProfileDegree in Food Science & Technology or a related field
5–8 years of experience in Quality roles, with exposure to both supplier management and production environments
Solid understanding of production processes
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solving
Proven ability to take ownership, make decisions, and lead operationally
Hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to perform under pressure
Fluent in English and in German or Italian

In accordance with EU Directive ******** on pay transparency, we indicatea starting salary of EUR 34,000gross per yearfor this position.
Depending on the candidate's professional experience, qualifications, skills, and the scope of responsibilities required, the final compensation package may exceed this amount.
