As a Technical Consultant at Dassault Systèmes, you help customers accelerate digital transformation with CATIA and the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.
You act as a trusted technical advisor, showcasing CAD processes, data management, and product development workflows to drive business value.
You collaborate with sales, partners, and industry teams to craft compelling solutions and support customer success across Italy and beyond.

Advise customers on technical possibilities and transformation opportunities in Engineering processes using CATIA and the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform
Demonstrate Dassault Systèmes solutions focusing on CAD design, CAD/BOM data management, and development workflows
Explain how engineering data is created, managed, and reused across the product lifecycle and its link to PLM
Define and present technical demos, prototypes, and business process models to address challenges
Act as trusted consultant to guide customers in improving engineering processes
Collaborate with Dassault Systèmes Sales, Industry teams and technical experts to build customer proposals and select solution approaches
Work with Partners and CSI (Consultant and System Integrator) to engage with customers
Transfer CAD-related processes across internal teams (e.g., SIMULIA, Industry teams, partners) to support integrated solutions




Support both pre-sales activities (demonstrations, workshops, discussions) and post-sales initiatives (training, knowledge transfer, adoption)
Develop expertise on new Dassault Systèmes solutions and releases, sharing knowledge internally and with partners
Manage customer activities mainly in Italy with international exposure (EMED region)
Master's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar technical role in Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Industrial Equipment or related industries
Strong experience in CATIA V5 Mechanical Design or CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE
Strong understanding of CAD processes, engineering data management and product development workflows
Knowledge of CATIA verticals (Composite, Electrical) a plus
Experience with PLM concepts and how engineering data xysqume connects with manufacturing processes
Experience in technical consulting, solution consulting, pre-sales engineering, or customer-facing roles preferred
Ability to create technical demonstrations and explain complex processes clearly
Knowledge of process simulation and validation a plus
Familiarity with scripting, macros, or automation is appreciated
Experience in Transportation & Mobility (Automotive), Aerospace & Defense or Industrial Equipment industries is a strong advantage
Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel mainly across Northern Italy and occasionally abroad (~20%)
