ph3SOFTWARE PROJECT MANAGER – MOBILE MACHINERY (M/F/D) /h3 pAlti Profili, the executive search division of Umana Group specialized in middle management recruitment for both the Italian and international markets, is recruiting on behalf of an international company developing advanced digital solutions for the industrial sector, a: /p pKey responsibilities: /p pIn particular, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities: /p ul liLead (agile) software development projects for mobile machinery; /li liManage project operations, coordinating with team members, development partners and suppliers; /li liProject planning and control in accordance with business processes, including ongoing project reporting; /li liRisk management in project planning and implementation; /li liFace to the customer in the project implementation phase; /li liSteering technical discussions and making decisions.
/li /ul pPersonal and professional qualities: /p ul liStrong technical background and proven experience in managing highly complex technical projects, preferably gained in environments involving the development or integration of embedded technologies or in comparable technical contexts; /li liPrevious experience in the automotive or off-highway sector, particularly in the area of functional safety,



is preferred; /li liThe ideal candidate has a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, values, and processes and/or proven experience in the role of Product Owner; /li liGood command of the English language and good working autonomy in German.
/li /ul pStrong communication skills, problem-solving ability, leadership, and a structured, goal-oriented working approach complete the profile.
