The role will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with corporate clients, particularly within the HR sector. /p ul liDevelop and manage the bItalian B2B market /b, with a focus on Gift Cards and Fringe Benefits. /li liIdentify and prospect bnew corporate clients /b, particularly HR departments and decision-makers. /li liManage the bfull sales cycle /b, from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing. /li liContribute to the development of the bsales strategy /b in collaboration with the Sales Manager and Business Development team. /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for business growth. /li liCollaborate with other Sales teams to ensure a consistent approach and contribute to shared revenue targets. /li liMonitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
