We're looking for an Italian-speaking recruiter to help build our Data Center practice and grow our presence in Italy. /p pIt's a genuine 360° role, client relationships, business development and candidate search, all in one seat, working alongside our European team to expand Eligo's footprint across Italy. /p pBackgrounds in Data Center, Engineering, Power/Energy, Oil Gas, or Construction recruitment welcome. /p pBased in Italy, the UK, or remote anywhere in Europe. /p pbWhat you'll be doing /b /p ulliManage and grow established client accounts as a trusted recruitment partner, not just a supplier /liliWin new business, spotting opportunities and turning leads into lasting client relationships /liliRun end-to-end candidate searches: sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting for Data Center roles /liliManage the full process from brief to placement, keeping clients and candidates informed /liliBuild a strong network across the Data Center community /liliTrack market trends and salary benchmarks to advise clients and candidates with confidence /li /ul pbWhat we're looking for /b /p ulliA proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally in account management and business development /liliDrive to win new business,
