Work closely with Technical Team, to support:

Project delivery to customers, to guarantee deliver the projects in time and in budget
Post-sales stage for ICT Service and manage the customers when service get issue
Perform regular maintenance and preventive inspections of onsite equipment, including but not limited to routers switches, and/or transmission systems etc.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in networks, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution of faults.
Work with various internal and CMI local companies in Europe Region for order activation and testing
Professional project management and regular update to customer about project status
Requirements:




Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering or equivalent majors
Technical knowledge in IP network design and configuration, including routing and switching, WAN/LAN, WIFI, NAS, Firewall, Cloud ,Storage etc.
Excellent teamwork skills, ability to work across virtual global teams, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Excellent project management xysqume skills and communication skills
Self-motived team player with quick adaptation to dynamic environment
Fluent language skills in both Italian and English
ITIL or CCIE certificate and related certificates in networking technology is an advantage
