/p pOur bMilan Office /b is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced bSenior QC Coordinator /b to join our dynamic team.
/p pPrevious experience in an Inspection QCC role within the Energy industry is bessential.
/b /p pThe successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
/p pCandidate should possess a strong work ethic, be proactive in their approach, and be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
/p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liHandling client requests for the provision of quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), engineering, project support, site, and office-based personnel.
/li liSourcing candidates to match client requirements and, where applicable, preparing candidates for interviews by providing project/commodity-related information.
/li liLiaising with clients on the proposal, interview, selection, and placement of candidates.
/li liIssuing successful candidates with information pertaining to their obligations, responsibilities,



and deliverables for the duration of the assignment.
/li liLiaising with assigned Fulkrum candidates in matters relating to: ul liFulkrum contractual terms and conditions.
/li liAllocation of task-related documents (ITP, drawings, specifications, client-issued templates, etc.).
/li liReceiving, screening, and submitting site reports to clients.
/li liHandling client complaints.
/li liEnd of assignment feedback.
/li /ul /li liAdvising candidates where reports/performance/timekeeping, etc., are not adhered to.
/li liProviding candidate performance updates upon request to the Coordination Manager.
/li liManaging Fulkrum/candidate relations by means of 'care calls' during candidate assignments.
/li liBeing commercially aware when negotiating placements with candidates and clients.
/li liIdentifying and driving new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
/li liEnsuring that all client SLA's (Service Level Agreements) are adhered to, and Fulkrum KPI's are met.
/li liMentoring Coordination and Coordination Team Members and providing guidance on complex issues.
Play an active role in training new team members.
/li liSupport Coordination Manager in conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.




/li liActively participate in initiatives to improve quality control processes and procedures, including but not limited to IRIS, invoicing and collaboration with the Accounts Team.
/li /ul h3Candidates should demonstrate: /h3 ul liExtensive knowledge of Oil Gas industry project types, both onshore and offshore.
/li liFull working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
/li liProven ability to build, manage, and develop strong client relationships.
/li liThe ability to respond positively and effectively in high-tempo and demanding situations.
/li liStrong organisational skills with a proven ability to prioritise and multitask.
/li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
/li /ul pExperience working with major Oil Gas operators, service companies, or inspection providers is required.
