Distributor Management: /strongbr/Evaluating new distributor candidates and classifying current distributors for optimization or replacement to enhance channel quality. Managing credit terms and monitoring pricing compliance to maintain channel health.br/strong2. Distributor Policy Planning and Execution: /strongbr/Refining distributor management framework and processes.



Designing and implementing product promotions, incentive policies, and performance calculation to boost efficiency and sales.br/strong3. Channel Strategy Development: /strongbr/Developing overseas channel expansion strategies and sales plans aligned with market dynamics and product positioning.br/strong4. Channel Maintenance: /strongbr/Identifying and mitigating risks in overseas channel expansion, including market and partnership risks. Strengthening distributor relationships through improved management and effective channel policies. /ph3Qualifications and Experience /h3pstrong1. Experience: /strong At least 2 years of experience in the European renewable energy industry. Familiarity with the processes of channel development and maintenance in Europe.br/strong2. Language Skills: /strong Proficiency in English for effective communication within the company and with distributors. Knowledge of Chinese is a great advantage.br/strong3. Technical Skills: /strong Knowledge of MS Office, especially advanced MS Excel skills. Experience with database querying and management is a plus.br/strong4. Soft Skills: /strong Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Enthusiasm for learning new things, reliability.br/strong5.
