ph3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliServe as the Technical Lead for the engineering team /li /brliCoordinate engineering assignments based on project priorities, technical expertise, workload, and resource availability /li /brliCollaborate daily with the PMO to define priorities, optimize resource allocation, and manage project execution /li /brliMonitor technical progress, identify delivery risks, and proactively implement mitigation actions /li /brliAct as the highest-level technical escalation point (L4) for complex networking and security issues /li /brliLead technical governance meetings /li /brliLead the technical delivery of complex Cisco and Palo Alto deployment and migration projects /li /brliPerform expert-level troubleshooting in complex multi-vendor enterprise environments /li /brliLead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities for major incidents /li /brliEnsure compliance with customer operational standards, security policies, and change management processes /li /br /ul /brh3Required skills /h3 /brul /brli8+ years of experience in Enterprise Network and Security environments, including at least 2 years in a technical lead role /li /brliProven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex infrastructure projects /li /brliStrong expertise in Cisco Enterprise Networking (Routing Switching, Nexus, BGP, OSPF) /li /brliAdvanced knowledge of Palo Alto Networks (NGFW, Panorama, GlobalProtect, IPSec VPN)
