Our partner is looking for a Guest Experience Specialist based in Italy. /b /ppAs a Remote Guest Experience Specialist, you will help clients turn their travel ideas into memorable, personalized experiences. /ppYou’ll consult with travelers to understand their preferences, interests, budgets, and expectations. /ppFrom there, you’ll research destinations, accommodations, activities, transportation, and other trip essentials. /ppYou’ll manage bookings and provide attentive support before, during, and after each journey. /ppThe role combines customer service, travel planning, sales, and relationship building in a fully remote environment. /ppYou’ll also have the opportunity to build your client base through networking, social media, and other online channels. /ppWith flexible scheduling, training, travel perks, and commission-based earning potential, this role offers an opportunity to build a career around your passion for travel. /ph3Accountabilities /h3ulliConsult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, interests, budgets, and specific requirements. /liliResearch destinations, accommodations, tours, activities, transportation, and other travel services to create tailored itineraries. /liliCoordinate and manage bookings across the different components of a client's trip, ensuring accuracy and alignment with their expectations. /liliDeliver personalized customer support before, during, and after travel, maintaining strong client relationships throughout the journey. /liliRespond to travel-related questions, changes, and unexpected issues, helping clients find effective solutions when challenges arise. /liliStay informed about travel trends, destinations, seasonal opportunities, promotions,
