Join a fast-growing, innovative-driven team where clarity, ownership, and collaboration truly matter. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liProvide efficient and effective technical support to customers. /li liDiagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to the product. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to promptly resolve complex technical problems. /li liGuide customers through proper configurations and best practices for an exceptional experience. /li liDocument and track customer issues, resolutions, and best practices to contribute to the knowledge base. /li liStay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data backups and security. /li liSupport the development of documentation by validating procedures, building lab environments or drafting content. /li liConduct root cause analyses (RCA) for customer issues, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors as needed. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul liProven experience in technical support, preferably in data backup or storage solutions. /li liStrong knowledge of Veeam data backup products. /li liVeeam ecosystem experience e.g. VMware ESX(i)/vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V / Failover cluster, public clouds.
