ppCosmic Group is looking for a hands-on bPurchasing Material Planning Manager /b to structure and develop the Purchasing function. /ppThe role combines two complementary areas: /pulliProcurement, sourcing and supplier management. /liliMaterial planning, MRP and inventory management. /liliPurchasing team leadership and development. /liliSupport to Production, Lean transformation and ERP/MES implementation. /li /ulh3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Purchasing Operations and Team Management /h3ulliLead, organise and develop a team of buyers with different experience levels. /liliStandardise purchasing processes, responsibilities and escalation rules. /liliWork directly with the ERP, purchase orders, shortages and supplier commitments. /liliIntroduce operational KPIs and continuous improvement practices. /li /ulh3BOM and Material Planning /h3ulliImplement an early BOM review process to identify supply risks. /liliManage shortages, long lead-time, obsolete and single-source components. /liliReview MRP parameters, safety stocks, reorder points and purchasing lead times. /liliIntroduce kanban, min/max and automatic replenishment where appropriate. /li /ulh3Supplier Management /h3ulliSource, qualify and develop national and international suppliers. /liliNegotiate prices, lead times, MOQ, payment terms and framework agreements. /liliIntroduce supplier segmentation, scorecards and performance reviews. /liliRationalise the supplier base while protecting supply continuity. /li /ulh3Lean, ERP and International Development /h3ulliSupport Lean initiatives related to material flow and line replenishment. /liliRepresent Purchasing in the implementation of the new ERP and MES. /liliImprove supplier and material master data, workflows, reports and alerts. /liliProgressively coordinate purchasing activities across international subsidiaries.
/li /ulh3Candidate Profile /h3ulliAt least 5-7 years of experience in Purchasing, Material Planning or Supply Chain within a manufacturing company. /liliDirect experience with ERP/MRP systems, complex BOMs, inventory and shortage management. /liliExperience leading or developing buyers, planners or supply-chain professionals. /liliGood English and ability to work with suppliers and international teams. /li /ulh3Preferred Experience /h3ulliElectronics, semiconductors, automation, mechatronics, EMS or industrial equipment. /liliHigh-mix/low-volume, make-to-order or engineer-to-order manufacturing. /liliElectronic component sourcing, including authorised distributors, obsolescence and supply risk. /liliLean Manufacturing, kanban, ERP/MES projects or relevant professional certifications. /li /ulh3Personal Qualities /h3ulliStrong hands-on and operational approach. /liliAbility to combine strategic thinking with attention to detail. /liliPragmatic leadership and strong people-development skills. /liliAnalytical, structured and results-oriented mindset. /li /ulh3Key Objectives /h3pDuring the first 12 months, the successful candidate will be expected to: /pulliStandardise Purchasing processes and develop the team. /liliImprove BOM coverage and reduce shortages and emergency purchases. /liliImplement structured inventory and supplier-management policies. /liliSupport the company’s Lean transformation and ERP/MES programme. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliA key role in the transformation of the Purchasing and Supply Chain organisation. /liliDirect exposure to senior management and strategic company projects. /liliAn international and technically advanced working environment. /liliCompensation and professional-development opportunities aligned with experience. /lilia gross annual salary within the range of 40-50k € /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
