ppbFor our Implementation team, we are looking for a Project Manager with proven experience in implementing software within the healthcare IT domain. The position is based in Milan, with a hybrid work model, and can require travelling to customers' sites up to 5 days per week. /b /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliPlan and execute TrakCare implementation projects within the country, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget. /liliTake end-to-end responsibility for the project lifecycle, from day‑to‑day execution management to securing the necessary resources, ensuring effective team coordination so that the deployment is delivered according to contractual commitments and agreed deadlines. /liliDefine project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the entire project lifecycle, following InterSystems’ customer engagement methodology. /liliMonitor customer and third‑party obligations, managing escalations related to any agreed project changes. /liliBe available for assignments requiring regular travel to customer sites (70–80% of the time). /li /ulh3Skills and Qualifications /h3ulliExperience managing implementation projects for integrated healthcare solutions in a customer‑facing role, gained within public or private healthcare organizations. /liliExperience overseeing the full project lifecycle,



from kick‑off to execution, go‑live, and closure. /lilibDirect knowledge of the healthcare sector and 4+ years of experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS). /b /liliExperience in resource management and in monitoring timelines and budgets. /liliProven ability to lead diverse and multidisciplinary teams. /liliStrong communication skills at all levels of an organization. /liliExperience managing contracts, including those involving third parties. /liliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Management Engineering). /li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ulliExposure to software development processes. /liliPMP certification. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulli45-55k base salary + year‑end premio /li /ulpInterSystems Italia is committed to ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates.
