Job DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include, but not be limited to, the following areas and activities. At management discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work described. • Be knowledgeable of all items on the menu. • Be knowledgeable of all special offers and promotions. • Check the cleanliness and perfect shape of all items sent to the guest. • Check cleanliness of Room Service area. • Always be courteous to guests. • Always use Room Service standards when taking orders. • Complies with hotel’s safety, hygiene and health policies. • Responsible for VIPs set-up Bars. • Process checks for guests before/after. • Keep record off all items sold. • Complies with any related duties as requested. QualificationsQualification: - Middle or Secondary Education + Additional training or certificates in the relevant field is a plus. Experience: - A minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel industry on a similar position including training.



- Proven experience working in a top luxury resorts is a plus. - Experience working in remote island locations is a plus. Technical skills: - Very good telephone etiquettes. - Write down all information’s clearly. - Profound knowledge of customer service and of all beverage products and services. - Fluency in English or another language, written and verbal communication. - Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
