/p pThe ideal candidate will be a genuine host and inspiring leader with a proven track record in experiential hospitality. /p pEntrepreneurial spirit, commercial acumen, and a passion for people are key. /p h3Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the existing team and add new team members /li liDrive revenue and profitability, holding full PL responsibility /li liAdvise on and manage CAPEX projects, ensuring investments align with business priorities and brand standards /li liDeliver a world‑class guest and member experience that reflects Aethos’ ethos and values /li liPartner with the corporate team to implement strategic initiatives and continuously improve performance /li liEnsure the highest standards of service, quality, and operational efficiency /li liOversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring alignment between Rooms, FB and Events /li liPrepare and submit all required reports accurately and on time /li liFoster innovation, encourage ideas, and act as an ambassador of Aethos culture /li liEnsure compliance with company policies, health safety standards, and local regulations /li liRepresent the property in the local community, building relationships with partners and stakeholders /li liOversee and grow the Aethos Club membership base,
