ph3Job Description /h3ulliPre and post-contract duties including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variation, final account, etc. /liliCompleting feasibility studies and writing procurement reports /liliEstimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan /liliTendering and procurement activity, including managing the pre-qualification stage, producing the tender list, preliminaries, tender analysis, tender report and compiling the contractual documents /liliTaking responsibility for timely and accurate cost checks and valuations /liliProducing monthly post contract cost reports and presenting them to the client /liliInterfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages /liliParticipating effectively with post-contract cost variances and the change control processes /liliPerform cost risk analysis and provide input into value engineering; negotiate and approve final accounts /liliMaintain central feedback and learning on cost estimating from prospects and projects and contribute to updating of best practices in estimating /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliA degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics or equivalent is required. /liliStrong English skills required + Italian. /liliProven cost and/or commercial management experience,



ideally within a consultancy environment. /liliExperience for a period of 5 years for CM/QS, 10 years for SCM and above. /liliGood knowledge of all methods of construction and procurement. /liliExperienced with, or managing a team that uses, multiple estimating tools and applications. /liliStrong experience with spreadsheets and databases. /liliCollaborative approach, able to develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, internally and externally. /liliGood organization skills with the ability to multi-task. /liliDemonstrated strong listening and communication skills. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3pEn Turner Townsend, nuestros profesionales comparten una visión común y trabajan con un propósito claro.
