ppbAbout the role /b /ppWe are looking for a bFinance Operations Admin /b to support the day-to-day administrative and financial processes of our growing European e-commerce and logistics business. /ppOur company operates across several European markets, working with suppliers, warehouses, logistics partners and international e-commerce clients. /ppThis is a practical, hands-on role for someone with initial experience in accounting administration who wants to develop broader exposure to bfinance, purchasing, logistics and business operations /b. /ppYou will work closely with our Buyers, Warehouse teams, management and external accountants, helping ensure that purchases, invoices, payments and supporting documentation are correctly processed and organized. /ppbWhat you will do /b /ppYour main responsibilities will include: /pulliChecking and processing bsupplier invoices /b and supporting documentation. /liliComparing supplier invoices with bpurchase orders and quantities received /b. /liliIdentifying discrepancies in prices, quantities or documentation and following up with the relevant team. /liliSupporting bsupplier payment control and bank reconciliation /b. /liliIssuing and managing bcustomer invoices and credit notes /b. /liliKeeping supplier and customer documentation organized and up to date. /liliMonitoring missing invoices and other outstanding administrative documents. /liliPreparing documentation and information required by our bexternal accountants /b. /liliSupporting VAT and monthly accounting procedures by ensuring that the necessary information is complete and properly organized.



/liliMaintaining accurate information across our operational and accounting systems. /liliSupporting administrative activities across our bItalian and Portuguese operations /b. /li /ulpAs our internal technology develops, you will also work with our proprietary ERP and help ensure that operational information flows correctly into our accounting systems.br/ /ppbWhat we're looking for /b /ppWe are looking for someone with approximately b2–3 years of relevant professional experience /b, ideally in accounting administration, finance operations or a similar role. /ppYou should already be comfortable with activities such as: /pulliSupplier and customer invoices /liliAccounts payable / accounts receivable /liliPayments and bank transactions /liliBasic bank reconciliation /liliExcel /liliERP or accounting software /li /ulpExperience in a business dealing with bphysical products, wholesale, distribution, logistics or e-commerce /b is particularly valuable. /ppbIdeal Profile /b /ppYou are: /pulliAccurate and highly organized. /liliComfortable working with numbers and documents. /liliAble to spot when something does not match. /liliProactive in following up on missing information.



/liliComfortable communicating with different teams. /liliPractical and solution-oriented. /liliAble to work independently once a process has been explained. /liliInterested in learning how Finance, Procurement and Logistics work together. /li /ulpYou don't need to be an accountant or finance manager. We are looking for someone with a bsolid administrative/accounting foundation who wants to grow with the company /b. /ppbRequirements /b /pulliApproximately 2–3 years of relevant experience. /liliExperience with ERP/accounting software. /liliGood working English. /liliStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.br/ /li /ulpbNice to have /b /pulliExperience with bOdoo /b. /liliExperience with bank reconciliation. /liliExperience with Purchase Orders. /liliExperience in logistics, wholesale, distribution or e-commerce. /liliExperience working with multiple countries or legal entities. /liliOther European languages: Portuguese/Polish/Dutch is a plus. /li /ulpbWhat we offer /b /ppThis role provides the opportunity to gain exposure well beyond traditional accounting administration. /ppYou will work across bFinance, Procurement, and Logistics /b, supporting operations in multiple European countries and learning how the different parts of an international e-commerce and logistics business work together. /ppAs the company grows and more processes become integrated into our proprietary ERP, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility and develop within the Finance Operations function. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
