ppLocation: Milan or Barcelona /p h3Overview /h3 pADP is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead our product business across Southern Europe. This is a critical leadership role at the intersection of global platform strategy and local market execution, with accountability for driving growth, adoption, and client value across Spain, Portugal, and Italy. As the regional product leader, you will own product‑market fit and business outcomes in your markets while shaping and influencing ADP’s global HCM platform. This role requires strong product judgment, commercial acumen, and the ability to lead in a complex, matrixed, multinational environment. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liOwn business outcomes /li liDrive product‑market fit, growth, and profitability across Southern Europe /li liShare accountability with regional leadership for revenue, adoption, client retention, and NPS /li liAct as the voice of the market, ensuring product investments translate into measurable business impact /li liLead product strategy in a global platform model /li liOwn the regional product strategy and roadmap, aligned with ADP’s global platform direction /li liDrive two‑way influence, embedding regional needs into global roadmaps while scaling global capabilities locally /li liMake trade‑offs between standardization and localization, balancing platform consistency with market competitiveness /li liDrive AI‑enabled product innovation /li liLead the development of AI‑powered product experiences, embedding automation and intelligence into core HR and payroll workflows /li liPartner with Engineering, AI,



and UX to productize agentic capabilities at scale /li liEnsure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, and data governance /li liBuild and lead a high‑performing product organization /li liLead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers across the region /li liEstablish strong product management practices, including discovery, prioritization, and outcome measurement /li liBuild a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement /li liOwn end‑to‑end delivery outcomes, from discovery through launch and market adoption /li liEnsure execution excellence, balancing speed, quality, and scalability /li liDrive alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Success /li liAct as an executive product partner /li liEngage directly with enterprise clients, partners, and senior stakeholders /li liShape demand and validate strategy through deep customer insight /li liRepresent the region in global product forums and leadership discussions /li /ul h3To succeed in this role /h3 ul liProven experience owning regional or multi‑market product portfolios with measurable business impact /li liStrong track record of delivering growth, adoption,
