pulliSupply Chain Manager - International Group /lilipharmaceutical - cosmetics /li /ul h3Azienda /h3 pOur client is an Italian company that is part of an international group specializing in natural health products. /p h3Offerta /h3 pReporting to the General Management and working closely with the Group Operations Director, Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service quality. /p pTo achieve this, Supply Chain Manager all daily activities within his/her scope, including sales forecasting, production planning, SOP, procurement, customer relationship management, and the supervision of the logistics service provider. /p h3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liEnsures the availability of raw materials and components. /li liCoordinates the flow of physical goods and information between all Supply Chain stakeholders (upstream and downstream). /li liDevelops accurate sales forecasts. /li liManages and optimizes inventory levels. /li liPlans production requirements based on sales forecasts and stock objectives. /li liManages sales administration across all distribution channels (order entry, customer relations). /li liManages and monitors the logistics service provider to ensure a Bes t-In-Class service level. /li liLeads and drives continuous improvement projects.
/li liContributes to the implementation of the Group's strategy. /li liEnsures data quality within the information system (SAP ECC6). /li /ul h3Competenze ed esperienza /h3 pThe successful candidate should have: /p ul liMaster's degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or in Industrial Engineering. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or food industry. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). /li liStrong command of SAP, Power BI, and forecasting tools. /li liGood understanding of the SOP process. /li liKnowledge of EDI systems. /li liItalian and English proficiency required. /li liKnowledge of French is a plus. /li /ul h3Skills that complete the profile /h3 ul liStrong global and cross-functional vision. /li liDynamic, organized, and rigorous. /li liAutonomous. /li liStrong analytical and synthesis skills. /li liAbility to engage, align, and challenge stakeholders. /li liAgile /li liAbility to lead change. /li /ul h3Completa l'offerta /h3 ul liContract type: Full-time Permanent /li liStatus: Executive /li liSalary: Attractive package /li liLocation: Milan (Central Station Area) /li liAvailability: ASAP /li liRemote working: 1 day per week /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
