NauticALL is seeking an experienced captain to oversee a private and charter program based in Italy. You will take command from the new-build phase through delivery and into operation, ensuring safety, efficiency and exemplary leadership aboard.

The ideal candidate has a charter background, remote cruising experience, and strong English skills. Expect professional demeanor, references, and adherence to STCW/ENG1 requirements, with background checks prior to employment.
