Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Milan, part of Marriott International, is recruiting Food Service Experts/Chef de rang to support F&B; service across all outlets.

Reporting to the F&B; Outlets Manager, you will take guests’ orders, describe menu items, upsell where appropriate, and ensure authentic, courteous service.
