As of 30 September 2025, assets under management from consolidated businesses stood at €2.7bn, while those managed by firms in which the Group holds a strategic stake amounted to €14.2bn. /ph3Job Description: /h3pThis is an exciting opportunity to join the MA team in the Milan office of Alantra, a leading international investment bank with a strong European footprint and growing global platform. /ppAlantra operates with a lean deal team structure, providing VPs with significant ownership over transactions, direct exposure to clients, and the opportunity to play a key role in execution and junior team development. /ph3Main responsibilities /h3ulliLead day-to-day execution of MA and/or financing transactions. /liliCoordinate due diligence processes (financial,



legal, tax, commercial, etc.). /liliManage data rooms, QA processes, and interaction with advisors. /liliDraft and review key transaction documents (IMs, teasers, management presentations, process letters). /liliOversee financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction structuring. /liliSupport negotiation phases alongside senior team members. /liliEnsure timelines are met and execution risks are proactively managed. /li /ulh3Client Management /h3ulliAct as a primary contact for clients during execution phases. /liliMaintain regular communication and provide strategic input throughout the process. /liliPrepare and lead client meetings and update calls. /liliTeam Leadership /liliSupervise and mentor Associates and Analysts. /liliEnsure high standards of analytical rigor and presentation quality. /liliAllocate tasks efficiently and manage team workload. /li /ulh3Requirements: /h3ulli6–10 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, or similar advisory roles. /liliProven track record of leading transaction execution processes. /liliStrong financial modeling and valuation expertise. /liliSolid understanding of transaction documentation and deal structuring. /liliExperience managing junior team members. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
