- Strategic consulting in defining and proposing investment opportunities for clients
- Marketing of residential real estate developments and subdivisions
- Strategic planning of marketing activities for exclusive assignments
- Support in finding the most suitable real estate solutions for clients' needs and providing technical and contractual support
- Collaboration with the Marketing team to define commercial levers and communication activities aimed at enhancing the real estate initiatives of the Residential department

Requirements

- Qualification for the profession of real estate broker
- Consolidated experience in the residential real estate sector (at least 8 years)
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage relationships
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills, proactivity
